       Regolamento

​

  • ISCRIZIONI: Le iscrizioni dei partecipanti saranno accettate in ordine di data di ricevimento.  

  • SCADENZA ISCRIZIONI:  03 Luglio 2024. Possonono essere accettate le iscrizioni dopo questo termine solo se restano ancora posti disponibili.

  • RINUNCIA: nel caso l'iscritto per qualsiasi motivo decidesse di rinunciare al corso, avrà diritto esclusivamente al rimborso dell'eventuale acconto ma non della quota di iscrizione all' Associazione Musicaviva.

  • NUMERO MINIMO: il corso può partire esclusivamente con un numero minimo di 3 iscritti. Nel caso non si raggiungesse  il numero richiesto, con conseguente annullamento del corso,  l'associazione restituirà sia la quota di iscrizione sia l'eventuale acconto già versato.

  • CONCERTI: Tutti i concerti del corso saranno tenuti dagli allievi partecipanti e dai Maestri. Gli iscritti che desidereranno esibirsi sono pregati di parlarne con il proprio insegnante e comunicarlo tempestivamente agli organizzatori (ved. CONTATTI). 

  • SAGGI: Al termine della settimana di perfezionamento e quindi il giorno 14 Luglio 2024 si terrà il saggio finale. Nell'occasione verrà   rilasciato a tutti gli allievi un attestato di partecipazione.

      Regulation

  • REGISTRATION : Registration of participants will be accepted in order of the arrival of requests

  • DEADLINE : 04 July 2024, beyond this date it is possible to inquire about a possible vacancy at CONTACTS. 

  •  WITHDRAWAL: in case the enrolled person for any reason decides to renounce the course, he will be entitled only to the refund of the possible deposit but not of the registration fee to the Associazione Musicaviva.

  •  MINIMUM NUMBER: the course can only start with a minimum number of 3 participants. If the required number is not reached, with consequent cancellation of the course, the association will return both the registration fee and any deposit already paid.

  • CONCERTS : All the concerts of the course will be held by the participating students and the Masters. Those students who wish to perform are kindly requested to speak to their teacher and inform the organizers in good time (see CONTACTS).

  • FINAL ESSEY: The final essay will be held at the end of the training week and then on 14 July 2024. On this occasion a certificate of participation will be issued to all students.

Struttura stanza condivisa: € 210,00 a settimana
max 3/4 persone

Gli associati possono occuparsi autonomamente della propria  sistemazione, segnalandolo al momento dell' iscrizione o contattando l' Associazione

  • Quota pasto convenzionata

 

        €  15,00 a pasto, bevande extra escluse;
 

Il pagamento del corso sarà regolato in loco


Per il pernottamento convenzionato in B&B, i partecipanti  pagheranno direttamente la struttura.

The members can take care of their own accommodation, reporting it at the time of  registration or contacting the Association.

 

  • Meal fee agreement

 

       € 15,00 per meal, extra drinks not included;
 
The payment of the course will be settled on site

For the agreed overnight stay in B&B, participants will pay the structure directly

Responsabilità
 

  • L'Associazione Musicaviva è coperta da eventuali danni che i propri associati possano arrecare a terzi tramite polizza assicurativa stipulata con la Compagnia Unipol-Sai Div Sai e Polizza Infortuni
     

Precisazioni
 

  • L'Associazione Musicaviva non si assume responsabilità per i danni fisici dovuti da incidenti che si dovessero verificare durante lo svolgimento del corso e delle attività ricreative nè per tutto ciò in cui il partecipante  potrà' incorrere;
     

  • L'Associazione non è in grado di diminuire i normali rischi connessi alla circolazione su strade aperte al traffico quindi ogni partecipante deve assumere in proprio tali rischi e comportarsi con prudenza, osservando le normative vigenti;
     

  • L'Associazione Musicaviva raccomanda a tutti gli associati di attenersi alle normali regole di educazione, convivenza e rispetto reciproco e di mantenere un comportamento consono ad un corso di studio;

Liability
 

  • The Musicaviva Association is covered for any damage that its members might cause to third parties through an insurance policy with the Company Unipol-Sai Div.Sai and Accident Insurance
     

Details
 

  • The Musicaviva Association assumes no responsibility for physical injuries caused by accidents that may occur during the course or during any recreational activity;
     

  • The Association is not able to reduce the normal risks related to roads open to public traffic so each participant must be responsable for himself and behave with prudence, observing the existing rules;
     

  • The Association reminds all members that they are expected to respect normal standards of conduct, coexistence and respect for others, and to keep a  behaviour appropriate to a course of study;
